I am testing in the Sandbox, and the listing fees returned by the AddItem and VerifyAddItem calls appear to be incorrect when compared to the listing fees in Production and as documented on eBay.com
The Sandbox listing fees do not return correct values. The listing fees in the Sandbox do not match Production listing fees, so they should not be relied on for anything.
